Member Survey

At Park Synagogue, we take seriously the notion that a congregation should bring together people of all ages for a shared experience that enhances the lives of our congregation and the world around us. We want to be a place where every congregant can find his or her own way to address their need for spiritual connection, whether that involves religious ritual and prayer, intellectual exploration, social service, social justice, or any of the other avenues we offer for you to connect with friends, family, community and the world around us.

We are embarking on an ambitious project that will help us to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all congregants, no matter what level of involvement you seek in the synagogue.

We would like each member of every household, aged 21 or older, to complete the following questionnaire.  It will only take you about 10 minutes, and your responses will be vital in enhancing the future of our congregation.

We assure you that your answers will be strictly anonymous and confidential. Information collected for the hotel drawing will be stripped from the survey results and used only for the drawing.

If you have any questions, please contact Ellen Petler 216-371-2244 ext 122.

Thank you from the Survey Committee:

Rabbi Sharon Marcus, Judy Eigenfeld, Susan Reis, Jeff Rothman and Nicole Shefrin
