Women of all ages are invited to a delicious twist on commemorating the miracle of a one days supply of olive oil lasting eight days: instead of lighting Chanukah candles with olive oil, we are going to taste olive oil! Learn about olive oil's distinctive properties and uses while socializing with other Park women.

Bring your own wine!

Space is limited! Prepaid reservations are required by Friday, November 25.

Women's Shabbat Lunch & Learn

Following services, stay for a special Scholar-in-Residence Lunch & Learn. After a hearty buffet lunch catered by Cafe 56, Prof. Gordan will lead a discussion on "Jews in Postwar American Culture and Why it Matters Today."

Prepaid reservations for the Shabbat Dinner and lunch are required by December 3.

Chanukah Family Shabbat Celebration

Each year we honor all Park families who have celebrated the arrival of a child since last Chanukah. The official "newborn ceremony" will take place after 11:25 am. Chanukah gifts given to each Park child honored on this Shabbat are provided through the generosity of the Barry P. Garson Memorial Fund.

Enjoy the Cleveland Orchestra's Friday Morning concert featuring pianist extraordinaire Yefim Bronfman playing Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 24 and Janacek's Sinfonietta. Franz Welser-Most will be conducting the orchestra. Born in Tashkent in the former Soviet Union, Mr. Brofman immigrated with his family to Israel in 1973 and is now a US citizen. 

We will meet at Park Synagogue East to board a small private bus that will provide round-trip transportation to Severance Hall. Enjoy complimentary hot beverages and breakfast pastries at Severance Hall before the concert.
