In this special one-hour Cleveland Orchestra concert, music and drama combine to give us a powerful new lens through which to view the important role of music in Jewish life, before, during and after the Holocaust. It expresses the themes of spirit, resistance, resilience and hope.
This concert was originally performed in 2015 as part of the community-wide Violins of Hope Cleveland collaboration. If you missed hearing this concert in person in 2015 in the new Maltz Performing Arts Center, now is your chance!
Park Synagogue will have optional bus transportation from Park Synagogue East at a cost of $5.00/person. The 29-passenger bus will leave Park Synagogue East at 11:00 am and return at approximately 1:45 pm.
If you prefer to drive yourself, free parking at the Maltz Performing Arts Center is available.
