Please join us when National Jewish Book Award winner Howard Langer will appear at Park to speak about his new book, The Last Dekrepitzer. Langer achieved a life-long dream when he wrote and published the novel in his 70s. It is the affecting story of a rabbi, the sole survivor of his fictional Polish shtetl, as he wanders through post-war Europe where he meets a cast of characters who help him along in ways big and small.
